We guarantee that all items are shipped in good condition. However, we cannot be responsible for damage from factors outside of our control. Please assure that the delivery address on your order is correct. We are not responsible for an incorrect address. Address correction fees will apply.

If no one is available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave your package at the door. We cannot be responsible for damage due to animals, pests, or weather, not improper storage or handling after delivery. Please make appropriate arrangements to receive your shipment if you will not be there to receive it personally.

DEFINITIONS
"Business day" means Monday through Friday delivery except for the following holidays:
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
"Residential delivery" means a delivery made to a home or private residence, including locations where a business is operated from the home, and/or a delivery in which the shipper has designated the delivery address as residential.
"Proof of delivery" means electronically captured delivery information, which may include date, time, location and signature information.
